The The Track Street Growers third annual Revelstoke Garlic Festival was a big hit this year, attracting many hundreds more than organizers expected.
Festival organizers really stepped up the event this year, bringing in over a dozen vendors, several musical performers, and lots of events for kids like chicken bingo, face painting, and crafts.
The Revelstoke Garlic Festival was featured on the front page of the September issue of Revelstoke Mountaineer Magazine.
The effort paid off, with over 1,000 people attending the grassroots celebration of garlic and the fall harvest season in general.
