The Mark Kingsbury bridge is currently closed to the public.
The bridge, also known as the Illecillewaet pedestrian bridge, is closed for river bank repairs from Monday, October 19 until Friday, October 30. An alert on the City of Revelstoke website asks the public to be aware of dump trucks crossing the greenbelt at the end of Vernon Avenue while the repairs are taking place.
